Glimpses of the Covenant Covenant welcomes Miss Dana Steele as our Organ Scholar. Dana has been chosen to be the latest in a long and illustrious group of organ scholars who have studied under Todd Wilson. She comes to us as a Freshman at CIM and was raised in Washington, West Virginia, where she is the oldest of four children. She was an accomplished pianist as a child, but the church in which she was reared suddenly needed an organist, and Dana as a young high school student accepted the challenge to become the church organist. She went on to win numerous awards as an organist and was mostly recently the winner of the University of Connecticut L. Cameron Johnson Memorial Organ Competition for high school students. Dana has been assisting in Sunday worship for several Sundays and has shown amazing mastery of the organ in her interpretation of Bach. If you see Dana out and about, make sure to welcome her and compliment her. It's fun to watch her blush!
